In The Truth of Who You Are, presented by Women of TmrO, Adama Alaji, The Heraldess, offers more than insight she delivers a reckoning. Her message is a deep, spiritual, and physiological unveiling of how oppressive systems have shaped our minds, behaviors, and bodies. It’s not just a critique; it’s a blueprint back to truth, wellness, and sovereignty.
Life Is the Greatest Gift—And We’ve Been Taught to Disrespect It
"Life is your greatest gift; you'll never have anything greater. To be in a place where you are mentally, spiritually, emotionally inept—where you disrespect the greatest gift that you have, which is yourself—that's not your choice. That is the evidence of your behavior having been modified."
Adama frames illness not just physical, but emotional and spiritual—as proof of how far we’ve been pulled from our natural divine state. She challenges the idea that suffering is normal, instead framing it as an effect of systemic manipulation and conditioning.
Your Body Is Perfect—But It's Under Siege
Adama reminds us that the body is not broken. It’s intelligently designed, capable of healing and cleansing itself. But we're interfering with that design through what we consume, how we live, and what we've been taught to believe.
"Any disease is a natural result of literally not knowing the law of the order of ourselves."
She sees everyday health issues—bloating, headaches, fatigue—not as minor inconveniences but signs of a blocked system trying to communicate distress.
“Food” Is Not Always Nourishment—It Can Be Weaponry
Perhaps one of her most provocative declarations is this:
"Food as we know it is the tool of our oppression."
From processed cereals to dairy and meat, Adama points to the Standard American Diet (SAD) as a major cause of disease, describing it as a form of chemical warfare on the body. Beyond food, she calls out the toxic overload of preservatives, pesticides, hormones, and artificial chemicals that damage our cellular intelligence.
The remedy? Water-based, whole, plant-powered nourishment, consistent cleansing, and a return to nature.
Modern Medicine Isn’t Healing Us—It’s Managing Our Decline
"Hospitals are Trauma Centers... they do not support the wholeness of who we are."
According to Adama, the medical system is built to suppress symptoms, not to address root causes. Medications and surgeries may offer short-term relief but often deepen the body's toxicity and disconnect people from their healing potential.
We’re Not Just Sick—We’re Programmed to Be
"We are under chemical assault... our behavior has been modified."
At the root of her philosophy is the belief that we are being intentionally disconnected from our divinity, health, and clarity by systems of control—including education, medicine, government, capitalism, and religion. These systems collaborate to keep us physically sick and spiritually numb.
She names entities like Monsanto, Bayer, the WHO, IMF, and the Vatican—not as abstract conspiracies but as part of a visible, organized structure with business plans and influence over global health and belief systems.
Liberation Is Cellular, Spiritual, and Ancestral
Adama’s idea of healing goes far beyond detox diets or yoga routines. It’s about cleansing at a cellular level, reclaiming your birthright of health, and restoring your connection to Divinity.
"Liberation is to be fully participatory in our being reinstated, reconciled, harmonized with the Divinity, the sanctity, and the sacredness of our lives."
Cleansing, she says, must be daily and deliberate: herbs, hydration, movement, and sacred intention. It’s about showing up for yourself, your lineage, and those who will come after you.
The Role of Women: Reclaiming the Womb, the Earth, and the Future
Adama issues a special call to women—especially Black women—who have been pulled from their intuitive, wise-woman roles into systems that disconnect them from home, earth, and healing.
"It is by virtue of the wisdom and the love and the light and the care of women… that we can raise up, to no longer be complicit in our own oppression."
She challenges women to question the systems they’ve been trained to trust and return to practices that nurture life, truth, and community.
“Death Is a Program”—We Were Made for Life
In one of the most striking moments, Adama challenges the assumption that death is inevitable:
"Death is a program that's running here. Otherwise, we really don't see the evidence of death anywhere in the air."
To her, a lifestyle aligned with death—eating dead food, ignoring the body’s cries, suppressing emotion—is not natural. Life is our default state, and anything short of thriving is the result of misalignment.
Final Thoughts: Reclaiming Your Life Currency
"Our purpose in being on the planet is to exalt life."
Adama Alaji reminds us that we are the currency—not our jobs, degrees, or status. True wealth is our clarity, vitality, and ability to care deeply for ourselves and others. To be free, we must cleanse not just our bodies, but our beliefs.
This video is more than a conversation. It’s a call to arms, a call to soul, a call to rise.
